My stay at this resort spa was quite relaxing, with a peaceful atmosphere that's perfect for unwinding. The rooms were clean and modern, making my stay comfortable overall. However, I did notice some cobwebs that could have used a good cleaning. The hot tub and shower both provided ample hot water, but the dining hours were a bit restrictive. Still, I found the value for money to be fair given the amenities offered.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On one hand, the proximity to the beautiful hot springs and parks was fantastic, which made exploring the area a breeze. However, the condition of the rooms left much to be desired, with several maintenance issues and a feeling that they were in the middle of refurbishments. Additionally, while the service was quite helpful, the overall vibe could definitely use some sprucing up.

The sliding door in the bathroom was particularly unstable, almost feeling like it would fall off, and the shower walls could use some serious attention.
